Alice and I joined BBCC about 15 years ago. I have been on the Board of Trustees for the last 10 years. I also do the mass mailings for the church which includes the Beacons and dinner notices. I pick up the trash once a week from BBCC and I pick up the mail daily.
I am a member of the East Windsor Veterans Commission and have been for several years. They put a barrell in the Broad Brook Post Office and the Book store in town to collect food for the 5 Corner Cupboard (food bank) in town. I deliver this food to the food bank every Tuesday. I believe that as a member of BBCC each of should do what is necessary to keep our church active in the community.
Alice and I have been married since May 1, 1988 – almost 25 years. I was in the U.S. Navy for 4 years and I worked for The Fuller Brush Company both as a door to door salesman and also for the Industrial Division of Fuller Brush for 19 years. I then worked for a distributor here in Connecticut until I retired in December 1995.
